Perched on the top of the wild cliffs of Fira Santorini Royal Suites , offers you unlimited views to the endless blue sea, the volcano and the most photographed sunset on earth.
All units come with Led TV, in room safe (laptop compatible), private spa tub, rainfall showerhead and air conditioning, while some of them come with an indoor or outdoor heated jetted tub.
Apart from the variety of restaurants, taverns, bars and shops that are all in a short walking distance, the central bus and taxi station is only 150 meters away offering you the freedom to explore the island without the need of a private car.
In any case our front desk will gladly assist you to make taxi arrangements any time of the day or night.

For reservations cancelled within 21 days up to 14 days before arrival the penalty is 50%. For reservations cancelled in less than 14 days before arrival or no show the penalty is 100% of the total cost of the reservation.

| DeanMon 14 Aug, 2017 | REFUND DUE EUR 1560 INCLUDING TAXESI mailed the Hotel and Called several times. To this Day I am still waiting for someone to reply to my mail. No one at Reception could tell me if my booking was confirmed or not. On the planned check in day you charged my credit card with the FULL charge. Upon calling the Hotel several times eventually I got Hold of Alex. After threatening to lay a crimal charge against the Hotel and arrive with the Police, Alex eventually called me back and told me that he had spoken to the owner and that it was a misunderstanding and that A FULL REFUND would be reversed to my Credit Card. I am patiently waiting for the REFUND to be processed. Could you please let me know when it will be done? | 1 |

Our room did not have new toiletries when we arrived and it also still had the used toiletries from previous guests in the bathroom (used toothpaste tube, used shaving cream package and used facial herpes treatment packet!).
